SUV and truck add a dollar or two. Interior is $15.

The four exteriors
Basic Exterior, $10 or $24.99 club: presoak, drying agent, machine dry.
Premium Exterior, $17 or $33.99 club: Basic plus bug prep, molten bath, triple foam polish, wheel cleaner, wheel scrubber, tire shine.
Ultimate Exterior, $21 or $39.99 club: Premium plus DuraShield, hot wax, spot-free rinse.
VIP Exterior, $24 or $49.99 club: Ultimate plus ceramic foaming protectant, ceramic TotalBody, ceramic clearcoat protectant, and a towel dry.
Add-ons from the same family
Interior Service is $15: towel dry, dash and console, vacuum, jambs, windows. Dog hair is by estimate only, because some cars are a different job.
SUV or wagon is $1 more. Pickup or full-size truck is $2 more. Then you're in the tunnel with everyone else.
